Android Guys managed to get hold of some pictures of what is believed to be the HTC Aria smartphone.
The details and fuzzy images of upcoming HTC Android device which is described as the “smallest Android device” have leaked. There are some leaked pictures of an Android smartphone circulating around the internet and allegedly they are the pictures of the upcoming HTC Aria. According to their source it runs Android 2.1 complete with HTC Sense, and has a 5-megapixel camera, microUSB port and an optical joystick.
Currently, HTC offers Android based Motorola Backflip smartphone which was launched in March. The Company had assured that it will launch a total of five android based smartphones in 2010. HTC may launch the phone on the same day when Apple plans to launch its iPhone 4G.
The full information of the HTC Aria have not leaked on public but we also know that it will get screen size of somewhere between 2.8- 3.2 inches. Before HTC Aria also, AT&T has been connected with HTC earlier too with the company offering connectivity plans and monthly option for the Nexus One another Android based mobile phone by HTC. The carrier is not new to Android based mobile phones.
HTC Aria based Android 2.1 handset with AT&T tariff plans, no official declaration has been made till now, but it is expected to be confirmed soon. However, recently Motorola and HTC have updated their mobile to Android 2.2 five time faster versions than the Android 2.1.
