LG to deliver dual-core first Android smartphones in Q4


LG Electronics announced that the vessel will be the worlds first dual-core processor for Android smartphones in Q4 2010, which will take place within the company Optimus series devices. Previously reported that LG and NVIDIA are teaming on several devices, but this is the first official confirmation that the expected real Tegra 2 smartphone in stores this year.

NVIDIA Tegra processor smartphone 2(AP20) offers a mobile hot, including the first mobile dual-core processor, the first ultra-low power GeForce GPU and the first mobile processor, 1080p HD video. Each processor core is clocked at 1 GHz and LG says consumers should expect to pay up to 2x faster web browsing and up to 5x better performance in games(more than one core CPU running at 1 GHz).
NVIDIA and LG also said that the two will build a Tegra console-quality games, but we have yet to see how the elite programmers id Software and Epic Games I fully support the Android platform, as was the case with Apple. I hope that NVIDIA is working with some of the developers behind the scenes and we have a few flagship Android games available to show the full power of the GPU GeForce 2 Tegra.
Chang Ma, vice president of marketing at LG, believes that Optimus series takes the initiative in terms of speed and graphics. He said: LG is committed to improving its Optimus series of smart devices de-facto standard in speed and graphics performance. NVIDIA chosen because it is a leader in visual computing and has a long history of creating amazing experiences for consumers.?
