TEC Edmonton Together Encountering Christ
Edmonton's Anglican TEC Community
Steering Positions
The Steering committee is the guiding body for TEC. Each June at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) a new committee is elected by the community, and the Bishop's appointments for the director and advisor positions are disclosed. Nominations for all other positions are accepted until approximately one week before the AGM. The steering nomination form can be filled out by anyone, but the nominee must accept. You are encouraged to nominate yourself!

Use the contact page to get in touch with anyone currently holding a position on Steering. Steering meetings are currently held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church (103 St. and 83 Ave.) at 7pm on the second Thursday of every month. All members of the community are welcome to attend, but only the elected members may vote.

Please note: an 'adult' in TEC is considered someone age 23 or older.

The 4th Day committee organizes fellowship events following the main May weekend. These include the summer BBQ's and the monthly Prayer-&-Praises. The Prayer-&-Praises are gatherings open to all ages. They generally involve band-led worship, a thought-provoking talk given by a youth, and opportunity for discussion (and of course food). The 4th day committee organizes the speakers, snacks, and locations for these events.
