1. Upgrading the Android OS  depends on the phone’s model and manufacturer
I can not tell you how embarrassing it was to see an Android phone with the promise of upgrading the operating system in the corner only to discover later that Motorola has decided not to pursue it now. iPhone owners have at least a promise to the IOS update, but it is true that the iPhone we age, it is understandable that no further updates of earlier generations. 
The lack of an update of the Android operating system on your phone will not download to be able to some applications in the Android Market because they are not compatible with earlier versions of the operating system. So, after the manufacturer decides that it is finished, so they are when it comes to certain applications for Android. In my case (Motorola Devour), I can not even download the Twitter client for Android.

2. The lack of DRM solution
Netflix has offered for the iPhone for some time. So many have asked why a customer of Netflix for Android to come along yet. The answer is simple: There is no standard application on Android to Digital Rights Management (DRM), check that Netflix to stream movies and TV shows with confidence that not allowing any copies. Netflix is contractually obliged to secure their streams with DRM for content providers.
