1. Upgrading the Android OS  depends on the phone’s model and manufacturer
I can not tell you how embarrassing it was to see an Android phone with the promise of upgrading the operating system in the corner only to discover later that Motorola has decided not to pursue it now. iPhone owners have at least a promise to the IOS update, but it is true that the iPhone we age, it is understandable that no further updates of earlier generations.
